The problem is like I was commenting in the last financial reports is the directors are just paying themselves a f*load and it’s all the staffing costs eating away at the sales. I’m not happy about this raise if it’s just to keep funding the exorbitant salaries… prove that you can expand now quickly with all your accreditations and then maybe pay yourselves a bit more once the people who are funding you are also getting something from the pie.
