You are assuming it never landed in the account, my guess is that it did.
BEZ had no requirement to mention that the funds had cleared and credited in Jan24. However, BEZ would have been required to make an announcement had the funds never arrived.
I guess that will get picked up in the next Quarterly Report, and we will soon know the facts.
