I beg to differ. I received this response from the Co less than 2 weeks ago:
"Quantum has been forthcoming with respect to providing information to the Company (and its auditor) in relation to the receipt of the US$9.8m. As a consequence of Quantum’s actions, the US$9.8m is recorded as a current asset in the Company’s audit reviewed financial statements (refer note 5) lodged with ASX on 15 March 2024. When the prevailing circumstances change (for example, the funds are received), the Company will advise the market."
