I think the market will tell you otherwise if it opens tomorrow . The damage that has been done and will now make it a whole lot harder to sell their products/services and that will flow through to making it difficult to continue funding the project . As a result IMO they will need to find finance elsewhere .

The big problem I see with funding from internationals is that the project is not liked or wanted by the nearby local communities . Then the elephant in the room is how Quantium intends to moves forward if they become only a substantial holder .

Too many red flags on it atm .
