they will need more working capital and want to issue more shares.. as after this point SP will be nowhere near to .13
I have a gut feeling that they have realised their mistake of not keep giving dividends but keep Cash to increase SP..
market cap has to be Cash backed at-least 25% of market Cap.
Capital raise will be between 7-10 mil
