Should get the announcement before trading tomorrow. Not entirely sure how I feel about this, I quite liked the decent cash position and zero debt they had prior to this. Now it seems they are digging into that cash and adding debt to fund an acquisition. If it delivers growth that's great, but hopefully it's not a rushed attempt to appease the market at the expense of negatively impacting its financial position in the longer run.
Perhaps best though to make my judgement when we actually know what it is they'll be acquiring and how it'll be funded!
