Dr. Helen Pavitt has done clinical trials or involved in clinical trials for most of her life, To do clinical trials properly and effectively we need highly experienced team which RHT does not have so far, out of $8 million don't forget $4 million will be paid only if they generate minimum of $1.33 million EBITDA.
Dr. Helen is well connected with top drug pharma companies and she could not grow big because she was running like small family business with a team of 3 people . Now RHT has opened the window of real corporate world for her to run clinical trial business In highly professional way. I would not look at it $8 million deal, I would look at what she will bring to the table. So far we have linear growth , now it's the time to see vertical growth in RHT.
