That may only be temporary, hopefully. RHT has progressed for many years with management giving little indication that they saw shareholders as anything more than a source of capital when needed for development, with no need to ever develop a cash flow able to pay dividends. My re-entry (not big) has been made on just a whiff of possibility that may be changing (a little, anyway).
