    If you check out the paragraph at the end of Page 1 and start of Page 2 of the quarterly results released 30th January it states that it will be funded by existing cash and "debt". So I assume they are opting for a loan rather than dilution through CR? Hopefully confirmation on Wednesday (if not Tuesday)
