With the demise of Fincorp there are other similar mortgage companies that have been in the spotlight. Australian Capital Reserve is one of them as they have received an ASIC pull-up or two in the past. You may have seen their ads on TV several times. I note that their web site is pretty much closed with just a contact page currently available. I am wondering if they are, or about to go, the same way as Fincorp. Their NZ web site is still OK.
