You don't want to be running out of money and taking on debt, while in the middle of a drawn out listing process. It also costs money to meet the standards to list.
If we were getting into in debt, it'd be like "give us funds so we can repay our debts'.
Now it would be like "give us funds to accelerate production of critical minerals and gold in Alaska".
I held off buying recently, in anticipation of a raise. The price is not terrible, and it's like 15% dilution, so I'm hoping to add >15% to my holding at around $0.24 or less, to offset the dilution. It's not that much money for me to do so, when the SP is already low.
