Azimut is in a 50/50 joint venture with SOQUEM (basically, the Quebec government) on their Galinee property. Azimut does have joint ventures with Rio Tinto on 2 other properties, both south of Patriot's Corvette property. It is Midland Exploration that has a joint venture with Rio on the property to the east of Adina (also, unfortunately, called Galinee). I'm not really imagining a joint venture, personally, more likely a sale of a part of the property, at least at the moment.
