If its Stornoway, and if its under 100mil it would mean production by 2026. It would mean that Wr1 would not need to dilute as they could borrow against it, bring in a strategic, options galore.
Your biggest worry is a road. 56klm long. It appears Wr1 just got themselves a ready to go permitted plant for 2mpta
