if it was just for land, we would see a more specific land acquisition title, the way it’s worded implies a larger acquisition but I don’t think it’s outgoing from Winsome. Winsome doesn’t have the capital to take over Azimut without serious dilution and the resource within the Adina property will support a mine life longer than anyone here or even at the company will be involved for.
most logical would be either the sell off of some of our remaining properties or a TO, though I think it would be worded different if this was the case.
