Kevin - I believe you will be sorely mistaken.
This is exactly the kind of news to provide a catalyst for a rerate.

WR1 have been continuing the drilling with disastrously slow assays - the market already knows this.
WR1 intend to provide a revised MRE in short term - the market already knows this.

What the market hasn't known is that the Management team have swooped and are first in line to pick up $1b+ of infrastructure that will fast track the company to production if all the stars align. The potential for this to occur in this jurisdiction with a pro lithium Gov who are already financially invested in seeing this come to fruition is the best possible catalyst for a rerate anyone could envisage.

This puts all the key EV players on notice.

It will probably be sometime before all the options are nutted out regarding costs and roadway etc. but any potential to bring WR1 into production without having to build a process plant from scratch is a far greater catalyst than expected drill results and MRE....

If this doesn't rerate until September this year, I will bare my butt on Bourke St!
