Market Cap is circa C$62m as of right now. If they were to T/O PWM, they would have pulled the trigger on a T/H at C.25c and not at .425c
As a PWM shareholder, you would want a premium to the last traded price and it would not be in WR1's interest to pay anything over this at the moment.
