The statement on sales potential in the article is not at all misleading, it simply states what it could be if the drug continues to hold up to its current world best results. As for the rest, well MT is no fool and would only make claims he could back.

Honestly I think the ASX ((or whoever complained(?))) was taken aback by the very strong claims in the article on the back of a phase one trial of just 12 patients on a drug developed by a small, obscure biotech from a "sheep dip".

I despise the ASX. They could have simply called up the company and asked for a detailed explanation by phone or email before trading began. Instead, they're grandstanding to show they're on the beat -where were they years ago when Cudeco was being systematically undermined by selling every time good news came out over an extended period of time - a case confirmed in the High Court and a parliamentary sponsered study? What about the dark pools and high speed trading they permit that advantages the big companies and the connected over the ordinary share buyers and seller? The idea that a private organisation like the ASX can effectively "police itself" stinks to high heaven

Anyway, hopefully this simply generates even more interest!
