As a bit of a newbie to shares - can anyone explain what demonstrates that this trading halt was initiated by the ASX? I mean to me, it seems like it is a self-imposed trading halt - i.e. PAA have requested it because as they say - they wish to make an announcement about the article. Why do others suggest the ASX have imposed this?
