As for your 70% loss, well, this incorrect...
It's actually just a paper loss. It's not an actual real loss. You see, just like the SP trend looks to be a tumbling down-hill, it's just an illusion.
You need to tough it out, otherwise you are dumb-money.
The key is, to buy at the low and sell at the high.
