Hi Bubsmark, You seem to have knowledge of the offer to SI's, does the company actually state what the CR funds will actually be used for? Ongoing business costs! Capital for purchase of raw materials! Expansion of the plant for increased production! This management is actually failing on so many fronts ATM it's ludicrous, we'll keep retail SH informed when there's something to report BS. All they needed to state is that the money is required for X, Y & Z but no it's just a small CR required for what? If it is to finance expected large orders in the near future and they stated it; then they would have it oversubscribed, if it's to pay wages and keep the doors open then FO.
