Loyal shareholders stick with the company for years and years , even through complete silence and then "HEY presto" !!!!
Lets reward institutions and their investors with $5million dollars worth of shares AND - Guess what - we will give them a free option.
Bugger those shareholders who have seen their investments completely decimated...we will attract new ones as the current shareholders have no money left to fund my salary of $450,000 + incentives...,.we better make it really attractive...
