    Now that the offer has closed and allocations provided I'm happy to post the reasons for the raise that was communicated to SI's.

    Use of Proceeds:
    CET - Development & Partnering - AnteoX and UH Si anode
    CET - Commercial Operation - Australia and AU
    CET - Production Scale up and supporting infostructure
    Working Capital
    Costs of the offer

    My allocation was cut back by 25%
