I really want to see this company succeed but I’m seriously questioning David. Is he just a polished Derek? What revenue stage/ sales driven company survives solely on capital raisings?
in the sales world you’re paid a small retainer and commission on top. If you don’t make any sales in a short period, you’re fired. In the ASX world you get paid your commission even before a sale is made. You can go two years without ever making a sale but still continue to get paid and rewarded. The idiot shareholders keep voting to pay performance bonuses despite not performing because they’re worried you’ll quit if held accountable
