That's desperation, I would have thought they may have been able to pull another announcement out of the hat to pump the stock a bit higher before this CR, but they couldn't.
If it wasn't for the roses on the thread buying of late how low could the sp have been? I did note a bit more selling pressure yesterday, even though some claim they bought? Or, was it heading lower anyway? Only insiders would know that.
