My belief is that if it was something negative, they wouldn't have to wait until Monday to inform the market as it would already by known so they could have announced late today / tomorrow.
Usually if a TH extends a few days it is because the Company requires consents to be named by the counterparties involved / for the counterparties to review the proposed announcement prior to release. This would definitely be the case for a Resource appraisal.
If it were a data sharing agreement or farm-in, it would have had to have been added as "in relation to a corporate transaction / commercial contract" not "a development".
