This demerger will make share consolidation look like a master stroke. How do you put a value per share for the subdivided assets? 0.1c PS, does it sound sexy? Talking about subdivision, a subdivided land is worth more in combined value.
This must be a plan in years making. Consolidation, demerger, what next? Takeover or joint venture/ partnership deal is my guess.
