The timing of this couldn't be worse, just as U starts to get traction and the SP was slowly but surely ticking up.

I'm picking this is how it will play out;
U will be portioned off from everything else and will quickly become part of a M&A. (hopefully DYL (preferred) or PDN) Everything else will go to another entity, here's why, it's all about job protection for the illustrious management team! They very well know that they will be surplus to requirements if a U company was to launch a takeover now.
As a positive, the holders who stay with the U will get there pay day.
Its going to be really interesting to see how the U component of TOE is valued as the business is in a bind with the current government ruling on U in WA.
Let's hurry up and wait for the next chapter in the life of TOE.
