Yes the price needs to be very right and above $1.50 for most holders to agree.

A lot of long term holders who bought in the pre consolidation days around the 2-3c range obviously need well over $1 to break even.

Unfortunately I see management have run out of ideas with this de merger news and it is an escape mechanism for them to mop up the mess they have created in recent years and come away with more cash for themselves and related entities.

Obviously I will be voting NO. It is a clear decision. Anyone who cares about this companies future should be voting NO. Management clearly cant go down the EPA substantial commencement path or they would have done it a year ago. So our only chance is now a change of government in WA. Management are probably viewing recent poll numbers and seeing labor still have a chance and this news is basically a surrender imo.

Have a stand-alone U venture to be bought out for a song. Maybe even mega uranium or the Japanese? Who knows what deal has been in the making for many years but this is all planned from the beginning Imo.

If it was any other way except for being planned TOE would have re rated in line with 99% of U companies with the recent U boom. The market tells the story and these entities have been controlling the price. They have the capability to do so. Also, makes you wonder why OZL sold when they did, perhaps they saw what was unfolding and weren’t given in with a cut…
