The above link does not work ( on my computer) but if you use the link https://www.dmirs.wa.gov.au/fbsearch/bulletin%20resources it tables the chronology of communications and the 4th April 2024 is there with the full DIMERS report which is a Refusal. Looking at the flora/fauna issues raised by DIMERS ( cockatoos, heath mice, and many other things) there is no hope of anyone with leases in that forested area getting an approval to explore.
So yeah, its all over red rover for the lithium side of things, but with $12 mill in the bank and a market cap of currently 19 mill that will soften the blow. Plus of course the very prospective gold exploration lease we have in close proximity to some significant gold resources which has to have a decent enterprise value.
