I just called the office and spoke to Mark.

They will be appealing the decision. They will be lodging it with the DMIRS Appeals Convenor where a more senior officer will now review all the facts and then make a final decision on the permit. Surprisingly he is still confident of a positive decision & the application they have submitted. Sounds like in the mean time they are planning to get out to the newly acquired Mt Farmer tenements and the gold prospects.

I think there will be a slight sell of Monday/Tuesday but I think with 12.5 Million in the bank and a solid land holding it should end in the 5c range.
