OK, but it seems from the officer's comments the only way to satisfy that officer was via offset. This was known to the company.

At no stage as I see it written, did the company supply any information about offsets to the officer or tell the market that was the path they needed to pursue. Can't have it both ways. Either the company was in the process of supplying info about offsets, or they weren't and just padding for time. Leaving the vast majority of the market uninformed.

As you can tell, still not happy JAN. Not you's guys fault, but it does feel like the information flow to most shareholders has been VERY poor, wonder who did the trades in January and what the timing was of the "intent to refuse" letter, anyone ask that question of Mark?
