trousergecko, thats a great post which puts matters into perspective. Will you consider forwarding it to BNR management. Certainly seems here is enough on the face of it to lodge an appeal.
The other thing is on reading the refusal notice it mentions BNR have not submitted an offset proposal but in a separate paragraph it states BNR has expressed willingness to do so but in the same paragraph it comments that an offset is not a viable solution in the broader scheme of things ( which to me seems a rather biased opinion of the author or at least rather presumptious) . Very confusing.
Share price will take a hit but with $12 million in the kitty and a current market cap of only 19 million prior the trading halt it would seem bizarre to trash the share price to below cash / assett backing.
