5 permits have been granted in the past, with the new measures in place I’m sure common sense will prevail remember this was a subjective assessment carried out by one person I would say the appeals convenor will have a more broader outlook taking into account the big economic benefits, community employment, the Mt Caitlin Mill etc etc. This will just take even longer than it already has.

With 12 million and a plan to start work on our other projects whilst we appeal I will be topping up at anything around 5c as a longer term investment.
