Thanks for the permit document link realting to Kingston Resources Lts application for drilling and laying access tracks which was GRANTED . WTF. I note that even the black cockatoo foraging and breeding matter is covered in that Kingston application ( amongst other things that are relevant to our application ) and yet we were REFUSED. Is this a case of environmental over-zealotry by the person(s) that underkook the evaluation of our Application ? And we also need to understand why the EPA was okay with our application to drill yet even though after the EPA sign-off we then reduced the footprint of the exploration area by some 10-fold to try and get DIMERS to approve, we got rejected.
