Whilst we were all waiting for the Department's decision, BNR at least had some forward momentum and we all had hope. Now that we know the reality, all forward momentum has been lost. Yes, we have an appeal process, which is likely to be a long shot but otherwise, the ship is dead in the water.
No mention of other tenements in BNR's recent statement, or of a Plan B, or of all the option holders whose investment has just gone up in flames. Plan B certainly should not include suing anybody. Best way of spending your $12 million on legal fees.
If the BNR wants to steady the share price and retain investors, it needs to think of a forward strategy and communicate it. I support the idea of an appeal, but if BNR is going to content itself with otherwise staying quiet, expect the long term downward trend in share price to continue.
