Nah epa wouldn't have pushed through to the Feds if garbo.

Couple if reasons jump to mind.
1. Free tickets for friends and family.
2. Soon is still super unknown.
3. They have submitted minor works application and can't do anything without cash.
4. Even if epa dropped today they'd still be running on fumes by minister signature.

Look, they need cash. It's the nature of the beast. However, the cash burn has been insane.... its good that it's on kit and not corporate porches... kinda rock and hard place... as you need to start the build early, imagine being fully operational but waiting on bob's welding to deliver the special bucket... balanced against the need to also conserve cash.

Is just a rough all over..... no one's happy. 4 years behind schedule and 2 cap raises.... just to keep lights on because WAs admin is out of control.
