Pay a man/woman what they are worth....at the head of a company a man/woman would want value just as any of you would. Asking management to have a haircut would probably mean personnel out the door looking for greener pastures. At a time such as this.... would you like a new head to need another mth to year to get up to speed.
Noone is perfect and sometimes it's better the devil you know...
Everyone should have known this was coming and we have talked about a CR previously in a bit of depth. Those who were smart enough started selling out after the last quarterly report. The writing was there. Plain to see.
Perhaps instead of blaming and complaining, perhaps look at your trading/investment style. Read up, study...do a course. Become a better investor.
Being miserable and negative generally is a pretty good sign you are in the wrong place.
