I agree, I've voted against all resolutions each year as I too have believed Mr Arrogrance isn't the man for the job ever since buying my first parcel. Not a single cactus on the VRX board has a clue about how to actually run a company or simple management accounting concepts, all they seem to know is that they have a lot of sand and somewhere in Asia they're running out!
My question is how do we create a strike when there's been so many shares given out to sophisticated investors through all these CR's who despite the horrible performance of this company seem to still vote in favour of the board? Why wouldn't someone like the Germans be calling for a strike after buying for 30c? Is Bruce feeding them lies to keep them in his pocket? Surely their patience must be running thin by now. How these retail up rampers keep voting in Bruce's favour just baffles me.
Bruce needs to be investigated as he is not fit for a management position imo given his track record.
