my understanding would be WP has stated in the past that he would raise Capital at a rate to grow the coy and understanding that it will be diluting the share holder, that he will only raise in a just in time manner and only enough to achieve the outcome at that time thus minimising dilution.
So I know many think these are reactive CRs I think they do have a path planned out.
