I think it depends on the institutional response. This is a pretty aggressive CR. If the book is filled or over subscribed then it’s unlikely to go down to the offer, based on prior CRs for this stock. On the other hand a partially filled book might shake some confidence, depending how short it falls. That’s why I find it a little curious the split with retail isn’t published. We might not even know whether they reach the target or not.
