I would say colo, hosted services, cloud etc, has been a pretty consistent and well established trend for a long time. It doesn't justify the share price. And growth from moving from on-prem to colo, hosted, cloud will eventually be exhausted.
The share prics builds in a lot of bluesky from a future rapid expansion in content and services which hasn't happened yet. Be it AI, AI generated content, more content rich experiences, VR/AR, etc.
To me what is odd about the $1.3B raise, if you have so much near term demand why choose to do such a large expensive, dilutive capital raise?
It will likely take years to deploy that capital for expansion if not being done wastefully.
That is one of the issues with all the expansion into 2nd, 3rd tier and regional cities. They keep deploying cash, with very little to show for it.
