They're asking for more money for the S3 fit out? Wasn't the last cap raise to finish building out S3?
I work around the industrial area S3 is located, and since the last cap raise, they haven't even installed the new cooling towers on the roof of the new side of S3. Where's the progress, and where's the money actually going?
