@gassed I've done a keyword search for 'Trading Halt' on HC for threads dated 11 April.
There are no other halts that have been announced today that could identify the seller. A few placements/capital raises etc but no evidently relevant transactions.
I take this to mean, as I believe you mentioned on the other thread, the transaction is with a private company.
Alternatively:
- Ratbox is correct and the seller is overseas
- The transaction is with a large company selling an immaterial asset
Private company is my bet.
