    Think good for both. PNX risen off a low of 0.02 and KIN also had a good run lately. Simple consolidation of shares with no premium given to either side. Combine management with instant save. Use KIN's cardina assets to progress the PNX asset ASAP and start generating some cash. Exit Uranium and then drill like made in both the PNX and KIN gold ground
