Actually Chelmsford, if you are right and the placement is only for a million and it is to "instituional investors" of Hartleys rather than to existing shareholders then i would see that as great news, because it says to me that those buying in are getting an opportunity to buy in at the 3c level, before further announcements.

Lets face it, if its only a million then it sounds like they have an idea that they are going to get more money from the jv partner, otherwise they would be asking for more money down the track (although they may be looking for that also, but at a much higher sp with less dilution, after the jv/drilling announcements.)

Also anyone wanting a millions worth of shares at the 3c price would have to move the sp up by a huge % so again, if you are right, then me thinks this is very very good news, or atleast it certainly looks like it to me,and to my way of thinking.
I guess we will find out in the next 16 hours or so.
