Multiple companies in the data room since February? News to me so I doubt well known.
As you say, company has cash on hand. So, there.is no immediate need for a capital raising. Wait for the decision on the strategic investor , ride the share price up and then issue the shares.
I'm happy that you continue to invest. But I've learnt never to try to catch a falling axe.
I'll happily welcome Graeme and the new investors that have been locked out because of being in possession of sensitive information as shareholders, but I am still of the belief that through the company's actions in relation to the timing of the raising (being before the announcement of the strategic partner), these shareholders are buying into AKO cheaply. Had they not bern in possession of the info, they would have had to pay more. The board should not allow this to happen as the alternative is obvious!
