I've messaged who I term 'the worlds busiest man'.
I rarely contact him because of that.

I didn't mention the company etc.
My question was along the lines of, can you legally provide unreleased results to a 3rd party whilst in a trading halt to raise funds?

He went along the same path as my thinking.
This is not verbatim. I'm not putting anyone into some sort of legal position.

Off the cuff, no. Technically it may pass because of the halt.
But the issue is selective placement. Unless it's opened to shareholders.

(the person did say they aren't completely across placements)

Just thought I'd share. A very, very grey area for me.
