Not trying to go on about Fenix....but just questioning whats happening here. I know, technically, legally Fenix shouldn't know the results before the market, my point was, if the results from the trial were no good or disappointing, unsafe or ineffective, then surely NTI wouldn't have engaged Fenix in those talks or agreement to move forward into things like TGA/FDA approvals etc etc. If I'm running NTI, I'm not going into those discussion and agreements unless I have a product that will pass TGA/FDA approvals and is a product that can move toward commercialisation.

It is interesting to think what Fenix might or might not know.....they could be feeling pretty shitty right now.....they could be feeling very comfortable...
