    I am fairly new here and wondering why people are frustrated about a mere 5% discount to SP to raise $10Mn which is 10% equity for $100Mn Market cap company. The company needs funds to progress the trials and registration activities.

    Please advice what are the main concerns around management integrity, capability and any historical issues. Thanks in advance.
