If they get TGA approval for ASD and pricing is set in AUD this may cap the pricing for USA in the future. But I guess for a small company they are aiming for what they think is already a big pie. They may tackle other markets at a later date as any partnership/ licensing deals (biobucks) may allow them to purse rare conditions like PANDAS/ PANS or Rett which may offer ODD approval and pricing. (Obviously I am just guessing)
